型号 PV7 的液压泵是变量叶片泵。
主要由泵体、转子、叶片、定子环、压力控制器和调节螺栓组成。圆形的定子环夹持在小调节活塞和大调节活塞之间。此环的第三个接触点是高度调节螺栓。被驱动的转子在定子环内转动。转子槽内的叶片由于离心力的作用压在定子环上。

用来传递油液的腔由叶片、转子、定子环和配油盘形成。
为了在投入使用时确保泵的运行功能,定子环由大调节活塞后面的弹簧压在其偏心位置 (排油位置)。
当转子转动时,油腔的容积增大,并且通过吸油通道吸油。当油腔达到大容积时,它脱离吸油侧。转子继续转动,此腔和压油侧接通,并使其容积减小,通过压油通道压油到系统。
类型 PV7...A 液压泵是直动式叶片泵,其排量体积可调。
基本上由壳体,盖板,转子,叶片,定子环,压缩弹簧,调整螺钉和控制板组成。为限制大流量,该泵配有调节螺钉。驱动转子在定子环中旋转。转子中导入的叶片在离心力的作用下贴紧定子环的内跑合面。
吸油和排油过程
运输流体所需的腔室由叶片,转子,定子环,控制板和盖板组成。
转子旋转时室体积增加,腔室通过吸油通道填充流体。达到大室体积后,腔室从吸油侧分离。
随着转子继续旋转,高压流体侧的连接打开,腔室缩小并迫使流体通过压力油口进入系统。
压力控制
定子环由弹簧固定在其初始的偏心位置。系统中所需的大工作压力是在调节螺钉处通过弹簧设定。增大的压力是由于对抗弹簧力的工作阻力作用于定子
环内跑合面的压力侧而产生的。
达到相关压力(由设定的弹簧力决定)后,定子环朝零位置的方向移出其偏心位置。流量自我调节至当时所需的值。当达到
弹簧处设置的大设定压力时,泵会将流量调回至几乎为零。工作压力得到保持,且仅更换泄露流体。流体的损失和加热从而降至低水平。

液压折弯机包括支架、工作台和夹紧板,工作台置于支架上,工作台由底座和压板构成,底座通过铰链与夹紧板相连,底座由座壳、线圈和盖板组成,线圈置于座壳的凹陷内,凹陷顶部覆有盖板。
使用时由导线对线圈通电,通电后对压板产生引力,从而实现对压板和底座之间薄板的夹持。由于采用了电磁力夹持,使得压板可以做成多种工件要求,而且可对有侧壁的工件进行加工。折弯机可以通过更换折弯机模具,从而满足各种工件的需求。
折弯机分为手动折弯机,液压折弯机和数控折弯机。手动折弯机又分为机械手动折弯机和电动手动折弯机,液压折弯机按同步方式又可分为:扭轴同步、机液同步,和电液同步。液压折弯机按运动方式又可分为:上动式、下动式。
折弯机是钣金行业工件折弯成形的重要设备,其作用是将钢板根据工艺需要压制成各种形状的零件。如图所示为液压板料折弯机结构示意图,主要由左右立柱、工作台、横梁组成机架,左右油缸固定在立柱上,滑块与油缸的活塞连接、沿固定在立柱上的导轨上下运动,下模固定在工作台上,上模安装在滑块下端,液压系统提供动力,电气系统给出指令,在油缸作用下,滑块带动上模向下与下模闭合实现板料的折弯。左右立柱、工作台和滑块(以下简称三大件)是折弯机的关键零件,三大件的重量之和占一台折弯机总重量的70%~80%。其强度和刚性直接决定机床的运行精度、使用寿命,以及工件的精度。
1、滑块部分:采用液压传动,滑块部分由滑块、油缸及机械挡块微调结构组成。左右油缸固定在机架上,通过液压使活塞(杆)带动滑块上下运动,机械挡块由数控系统控制调节数值;
2、工作台部分:由按钮盒操纵,使电动机带动挡料架前后移动,并由数控系统控制移动的距离,其小读数为0.01毫米(前后位置均有行程开关限位);
3、同步系统:该机由扭轴、摆臂、关节轴承等组成的机械同步机构,结构简单,性能稳定可靠,同步精度高。机械挡块由电机调节,数控系统控制数值;
4、挡料机构:挡料采用电机传动,通过链操带动两丝杆同步移动,数控系统控制挡料尺寸。
液压板料折弯机的吊运和安装
1、液压板料折弯机整机重心较高,前重后轻,因此在吊运和搬运及安装过程中必须注意重心位置,以免造成机器翻身事故,吊运时,起吊钢丝夹角尽量小,以保证机床精度不变。
2、液压板料折弯机左右立柱处在工作台面为测量水平的基准处,纵横方向均应小于或等于1000:0.2,按地基图预先做好基础,将液压板料折弯机安装在基础上,同时装好地脚螺栓,后灌浆,待水泥全部凝固后,紧定螺栓,校对水平。
液压折弯机压力的调试
