廊坊某工厂进行搬迁，加工车间内所有设备均需使用大型集装箱货车运输到新厂房。大吨位吊装带起重吊装过程中必不可少柔性吊索具，使用起重吊装带替代链条优势在于：

柔软：使用便.已于掌控，不会划伤被吊装重物表面。

质轻：使用轻便相较于链条，人工作业便捷

缓冲：因具备一定柔韧性故而可实现部分重力缓冲，尤其是精密机械吊装搬运，忌刚性连接，不能起到缓冲作用。

本案例中机械设备搬运公司使用10吨柔性吊装带为廊坊某工厂搬迁设备。图中可见设备参数：长3.4米，宽1.5米，高1.5米，自重2.2吨，实心钢材质。使用25吨随车吊与两条10吨柔性高强度吊装带配合搬运此工厂货柜装卸、各种精密设备上下楼层，重型机器移位等重型机械设备搬运。

本案例中可见，吊装带的作用并非起重吊装而是为防护，以免机械在运输移动过程中位移倾斜；如若出现危险，吊机与重物之间柔性吊装带可起到即可拖拽重物下滑的作用。图中可见，车载吊机将重物从平板货车（右侧）向集装箱货车（左侧）集装箱内搬运，通过平台搭载，圆形吊装带作为防护设备，重物下方底座承载重物全部重量。
