ABB 塑壳断路器和框架断路器的区别?
塑壳断路器采用塑料化结构,特点是将断路器外壳、框架采用塑料压制而成,将触头、灭弧系统都放在绝缘小室中,防止
相间短路,确保电弧向上喷出,保证触头系统可靠分断。而框架断路器采用模块化结构,分为框架、触头灭弧系统、手动
操作机构、电动操作机构、智能型控制器以及抽屉座等部分。每个部分都成为一个完整独立的部件,组装时只需1-2个螺
钉即可将其固定,拆装十分方便有利于检修维护。
塑壳断路器产品种类繁多,其特点是结构紧凑,操作容易,功能比较简单,一般配置过流脱扣器和瞬时脱扣器,框架断路
器则功能完善,特别是近年来单片机技术的应用,框架断路器向着高性能、易维护、网络化的方向发展。
在额定电流上,塑壳断路器一般为630A(一些新产品可达到1600A)以下,而框架断路器的额定电流要大很多,一般为
630A-6300A(比如我们公司制造加工的DW15,DW16和DW17系列框架断路器都达到了这个标准)。另外在分段能力上,框
架断路器要比塑壳断路器高。
