东莞市立达信皮革有限公司，是立信实业为布局华南地区及海外市场而设立的华南营销中心。制造加工基地位于江西省抚州是黎川县经济开发区和广东潮州市湘桥区，分别于2003年6月和2005年3月正式投产，占地面积13万多平方米。工厂现有职工650余人，年制造加工各种人造革超过3000万米，年销售额超过5亿元人民币。目前工厂拥有干法和湿法五条制造加工流水线，六条压延制造加工线，两条高温涂布制造加工线。包括其他设备100余台（件），其中辅助装置30余套（件）。工厂正在建造独立的洁净车间，专门制造加工高端医疗级和食品级环保材料。
